Have you ever genuinely feared for your life?
When I was in Vietnam w/1st Cav.
Yes but I am out of the military now.
Skydiving, and every time I fly.
I lost control on a rain slicked freeway and made a 360 degree spin. I thought I was going to die especially at the 180 degree mark when cars were coming towards me. I managed to drive away. Ain't God good!!!
Yep. The inner city in Rochester. Second highest murder rate in country.
I work as a mountain guide and climb recreationally with pretty lofty goals. Fear can be paralyzingly, but in the right doses it is healthy and has kept me alive.
I have been in peril many times, including multiple gun points and even being given 30- minutes to live/declared dead. At no point was my life ending ever a fear.
Wrong end of a gun. During my cocaine dealing days.
