Training our kids to think everyone is a winner or that everyone gets a trophy is just stupid. There's only one winner. However, sports are about having fun, learning to be part of a team, and sportsmanship. Bottom line.

Depends on the competition. Generally, and as long as you win, I'd definitely agree! :)

I have noticed, that they are also more likely to revolve their whole life around a GAME, to the point of addiction. If someone played monopoly all day long I would think thats a problem, which is also how i feel about sporting games.

I'm sad to see the result of that game, but it was a great series! Now I have to root for the Rangers, only because they are an original 6 team.

After just watching the Kings win game winning counts. It was an exiting game but there is only one team going to the Stanley Cup playoff and the other team stays home.
