It is commonly accepted that celebrities have to deal with a higher degree of personal risk when going out into public. Should celebrities be allowed special permission to bring their own armed security personnel into gun free zones?

no, A) gun free zones shouldn't exist, and if that were the case this wouldn't be an issue.
and B) giving someone permission to bring guns into a gun free zone is admitting that they don't work and people are safer when they have guns.

That happened because criminals don't follow laws. Gun free zones are, in essence, idiotic. It makes no sense to keep law abiding citizens from protecting themselves from unlawful ones.
