1. She did not sing
2. Her dancing is awesome
3. She should have had another big act with her

If you love techno lights and pre-recorded songs then the half-time show must have been a real treat for you. Why can't we get some real bands, putting on a real LIVE show! Bring back Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, or some other classic band playing real music. Sick of these terrible pop singers.

I caught part of Beyonce's show and I thought it was amazing! I loved seeing bigger but healthy women perform that way. Think it was good for young women to c u don't have to b super model thin to b healthy and sexy. I was a little concerned we were gonna c more than we wanted but everything stayed

Beyonce Imma let you finish....but Spongebob had the greatest Halftime performance of all time!

But seriously a Kanye West halftime show would be absolutely amazing.

Kind of glad so many people enjoyed it...but wow, I really was looking forward to the power outage so I could watch it instead (yes, that is a joke)

Funny how some of the same people saying Beyonce's performance was too inappropriate for children are the same ones that don't want anyone interfering with their parenting. If you've ever seen Beyonce, you know she's not tame or timid. Next time do some research before letting your kids watch.

Not singing "Say My Name" should be a crime.

I mean you can't predict that a commercial will be sexually suggestive or that a performance will have really suggestive dance moves.

No I totally get that. I'm actually only 17 lol. I have no kids I just was kind of shocked at how much more secular everything was this year.

Her outfit doesn't make her any less of a role model, or an inspiring example to women, people of color, and aspiring entertainers. If your child doesn't grasp that that's not the kind of thing you wear on a regular basis, the fault lies in the parent, not Beyonce's costumers.

I don't think it was her outfit as much as her dancing. I'm not a parent but I feel for parents. It seems that tv is becoming increasingly difficult to watch with kids due to more and more images (and ads) at earlier time slots involving sex, drugs, violence.

So 2010.

No particular critiques about the performance. Just kind of over Beyonce at this point.

then you should have told your kids not to watch if you didn't think it was appropriate. don't blame the television, the superbowl isn't rated G

excuse me. beyonce has done SO MUCH good in the world she's donated so much money to different charities and sang at benefit concerts and raised money for the less fortunate but since shewears short skirts she's no longer a "role model" that's just bullshit

Why do Americans worry so much about sexy outfits while their kids watch people get shot/stabbed or likewise all day long on TV? Death and violence or a healthy human body. If you find the former more inappropriate you might want to rethink your priorities.

That where parenting comes in. Don't rely on the TV to look out for your kids. That's your job.

Great! Way better than the lame/has-been bands during the first 6-7 years following Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction

I thought the lights were co and she's a good dancer... For a pole. I mean c'mon. Kids watch the Super Bowl. That was definitely not age appropriate. Neither were a lot of the commercials.

Nef- first. The question was about Beyonce... Not the commercials. Second. You are right, some commercials were equally disturbing which is why in our house we turn them off. If a bad parent is someone who turns those commercials off then you got me there... And stop being so racist lol

Weren't the commercials equally as "inappropriate" for children? The CK underwear commercial, the vivid make out session, the man waking up next to a woman he clearly just had sex with..? The Super Bowl is not a G rated event anymore. Quit blaming the sexy Black woman for your inability to parent.

Best halftime show that I remember was Aerosmith/Nsync with Britney & Mary J Blige. 99 or 2000... Haven't had a really good one since then. The Who was good, though.
