Is the economy the most important issue to you in the 2012 Presidential election, or something else?

Let's everyone else, I'm pretty upside down in my house so I'm in a hurry for house prices to go up again.

Romney 2012 :/ At least me didn't EAT his dog ????

04/23/12 8:46 pm

Seriously people, an economy controlled by the government is communism. We're supposed to be capitalistic, right? Cut-throat markets where the rich get richer?

our immigration policies are a joke. why shouldn't it be reformed? this makes no sense.

Justin, you do realize that the GOP, now, is pushing for immigration reform.

04/23/12 8:37 pm

If he get reelected, which I have a feeling a will.

04/23/12 8:36 pm

I'm a conservative and we need to fight hard to make sure Obama doesn't pass any unnecessary Immigration Reform!

Hard to single out just one issue as the most important, but income inequality and economic justice are up there for me, as I think they are for most people. President Obama will be reelected because he fights for the economic betterment of all, while Mitt is clearly most concerned with the rich.

eye sofa king we Todd did! big O. first words!!!

fresh1: get a clue the senate doesn't work anymore so Big O is a one man show!

Lol I just love how democrats blame bush for everything but then when a problem with Obama is brought up they just say "the president can't control everything"

04/23/12 8:14 pm

The US president is the commander in chief, not the economist in chief. Congress writes the bills that affect the economy

For me our foreign policy, our deficits in the long term, the devaluation of our currency due to federal reserve, and our freedoms are some of the most important issues.

04/23/12 8:14 pm

At this point anyone looks better then Obama, hes turned into a lose cannon. When you get time check out what he's done with the executive order privilege that he has decided to abuse. I think he and his staff call it "we can't wait" or something like that.

04/23/12 8:11 pm

the most important issue to me is the SSI Swimsuit edition

you know I don't really care about that, but people ho support Romney need to come to terms that there is a aspect of his religious beliefs that would be otherwise unacceptable, if a GOP vs Dem wasn't more important to them.

04/23/12 7:54 pm

Rj1969; You still got it! Sarcasm served up with a meat clever hohohohehehehahaha!

04/23/12 7:41 pm

Jopat who were you speaking to when you made that comment? ;)

economy? no, not important in my book. for me, it's the candidate who accepts that Jesus Christ is not god and is only the son of god. The trinity is a farce. Go Romny 2012!

04/23/12 7:40 pm

"It's the economy, stupid. "
Democrats should know this cold.

04/23/12 7:38 pm

but the economy is a close second

04/23/12 7:33 pm

Rj1969 you have a point there but this president has been more active in economic affairs and programs that help and is sympathetic to the economic situation of many American family's

04/23/12 7:32 pm

well at least you haven't pulled the race card yet, everyone else does......

04/23/12 7:31 pm

"obama" is the swahili word for "epic fail"

04/23/12 7:26 pm

@jeff so we agree. obama has failed.

yeah, and his team isn't interested. there are elections that cater to reactionaries to be had!

I think everybody pretty much characterizes Obama's first as Bush's third, minus the puppeteer of course.

04/23/12 7:24 pm

He is calling the plays!

04/23/12 7:23 pm

yeah kinda like being in a fatal car wreck but you are the only survivor!

04/23/12 7:23 pm

Romney 2012

At least hes not a commy

04/23/12 7:22 pm

@lilac C'mon, stop blaming bush already. I won't defend the man, much to liberal for my taste - he vastly increased the power of the federal government - but it has been three years. Get over it.

04/23/12 7:21 pm

The economy, and energy, which go hand in hand for me.

but we all know....the QB is the one who single-handidly wins the football game. it's not the team, only the QB.

actually, the pres gets blame/credit for doing very little for the economy.

04/23/12 7:19 pm

for those that believe obama improved the economy, didnt he just keep bush' s policies.. hmm..we really hv to thank bush( not that i cared for him either)

Forte, you are incorrect. things have improved substantially for some specific demographics. take a guess....the look it up.

04/23/12 7:19 pm

Civil rights. Environment.

04/23/12 7:18 pm

Jopat if you compare the numbers from 4 years ago and now it is a improvement. There is not a large difference but it improved compared to 4 years ago
