Florida State Prosecutors have rested their case against George Zimmerman today. Did they create enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to convict Zimmerman of 2nd Degree Murder?
No, I don't believe murder in the 2nd is an appropriate charge. Hopefully the jury hasn't been tainted by over a years worth of sensationalist media propaganda.
Who yelled help don't mean a thing. The aggressor is clearly Zimmerman he agitated the victim and any woman would agree being followed on cold rainy night by a creepy man is uncomfortable. He clearly didn't follow protocol of the neighborhood watch.
I guessed yes, because all they needed to do was show up and ask one question, but I don't know for sure because I wasn't in the jury box and I didn't watch the whole thing every day.
The question I'd have asked is, if it really was you calling for help on the tape, why'd you stop calling for help after shooting an unarmed teenager? Did you feel like you could render first aid for a gunshot without help? OK, two questions.
Agree with eagle. Democrats despise firearm ownership and use and likely have no idea about the facts of the case and most probably don't even understand what second degree murder is.
They didn't have any evidence that could prove Zimmerman's ill will or spite beyond a reasonable doubt. The prosecution was just trying to get the jury's sympathy.
when you compare Zimmerman's 911 calls & action prior to that day with his actions that day you can clearly see he had an emotional shift, the evidence of the fight cannot prove anything. Zimmerman's own history and statements... he lied a # of times
