Florida State Prosecutors have rested their case against George Zimmerman today. Did they create enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to convict Zimmerman of 2nd Degree Murder?

I believe most Democrats say yes because they don't support the stand your ground laws.

The media definitely made race an issue in this case when it shouldn't be. NBC completely slandered Zimmerman.

Could not honestly tell you. Been avoiding that whole fiasco.

They didn't have any evidence that could prove Zimmerman's ill will or spite beyond a reasonable doubt. The prosecution was just trying to get the jury's sympathy.

No, I don't believe murder in the 2nd is an appropriate charge. Hopefully the jury hasn't been tainted by over a years worth of sensationalist media propaganda.

Good call, Eagle. I also suspect a lot of them believe all white people are racist.

I haven't seen any of the trial but based on what I've heard in other polls, there isn't enough evidence to convict Zimmerman.

At least half a dozen of the states own experts and eye witnesses seemed to corroborate Zimmerman's account of the events.

The fact that so many eye witnesses have conflicting stories and several experts made Zimmerman's case doesn't look good for

The question I'd have asked is, if it really was you calling for help on the tape, why'd you stop calling for help after shooting an unarmed teenager? Did you feel like you could render first aid for a gunshot without help? OK, two questions.

No, they screwed up, but the defense did too so who knows.

There's still doubt as to who yelled help. You can't convict someone on who you think it might have been.

Still pretty funny to see the difference. I want to know the logic behind either side too, I haven't been following the trial at all.

Zimmerman is more innocent than OJ Simpson.

Agree with eagle. Democrats despise firearm ownership and use and likely have no idea about the facts of the case and most probably don't even understand what second degree murder is.

I guessed yes, because all they needed to do was show up and ask one question, but I don't know for sure because I wasn't in the jury box and I didn't watch the whole thing every day.

I wouldn't mind if Nancy Grace was thrown in jail.

Who yelled help don't mean a thing. The aggressor is clearly Zimmerman he agitated the victim and any woman would agree being followed on cold rainy night by a creepy man is uncomfortable. He clearly didn't follow protocol of the neighborhood watch.

I can reasonably believe from his prior 911 calls and his actions that night compared to the other nights he called 911 spite and malice was present.

I thought Democrats were just racist against Hispanics, or trying to make up for their horrible treatment of blacks.

Exactly, hopefully the jury ignored any agenda they may have personally and can examine the facts of the case

when you compare Zimmerman's 911 calls & action prior to that day with his actions that day you can clearly see he had an emotional shift, the evidence of the fight cannot prove anything. Zimmerman's own history and statements... he lied a # of times

That's very hard to prove in court beyond a reasonable doubt. Unless you can read minds.

Rightway, he did sue NBC in December of last year.

He can still get a charge for involuntary manslaughter... Zimmerman clearly responded differently with this call than from the other calls he have made to the police. By reasonable person would agree it is due to his frustration of black criminals.
