I do. I fall asleep fast, sleep very soundly, & almost never need to wake up to an alarm, so I can sleep as long as my body seems to need. That's usually around 6-1/2 to 7 hours (occasionally longer), so I guess that's as much as I need.
Let's see, full time undergraduate student, part time worker, homework and trying to fit in family time...sleep doesn't fit in well with that type of schedule.

Spotless at all times. As long as the kids are safe. That advice helped me a lot. By the time I had my 3rd child all I was doing was cooking, cleaning, nursing or bathing a child. Once I let that "perfect" image of a household go we were all happy.
I'm kind of adamant about it too. I need about 8.5 to 9 hours of consistent sleep to operate at my peak. Sometimes that can require 11 hours of bed time though.
