Do you feel like you get enough sleep?
recommend SleepBot for Android users.
With a three year old autistic child and a ten month old baby I never get enough sleep
This app doesn't help.
Chronic insomnia -.-
in college. no
Nope, it is 1:36am now and I'm not even tired. I guess I need to watch those two hour prime time naps, eh? :)
Not during the week
Lol I'm a full time pre-med college student. I am lucky if I get 4 hours
I usually get enough sleep to feel rested, but not enough to call it beauty sleep.
I do. I fall asleep fast, sleep very soundly, & almost never need to wake up to an alarm, so I can sleep as long as my body seems to need. That's usually around 6-1/2 to 7 hours (occasionally longer), so I guess that's as much as I need.
I was yawning when I read this
No never enough
I'm a senior and its college apps season. What do you think?
I'm too tired to remember if I have ever had enough sleep or felt well rested
I'm in bed with my eyes closed for long enough, but as far as sleep goes... What's that??
11th grade student, go to bed at 730, wake up at 530 so yes
My fitness tracker says I get an average of 4 hours active sleep - so no.
I am an architecture student, if I go to bed before 12 it's a good night. And when projects are due, I'm likely up until 4.
That makes 8 am classes the most joyful thing.
Design student here, yep :(
Most days - thanks to Melatonin for Dad
Let's see, full time undergraduate student, part time worker, homework and trying to fit in family time...sleep doesn't fit in well with that type of schedule.
If anything, I get too MUCH sleep. Not having kids or pets will help a person do that.
If I didn't, I'd take a nap. Most days I do get a full night's sleep.
I have three kids under 4. So getting a full night's sleep is rare.
I have 9 kids. The youngest is 8, but I still find myself waking up every 2-3 hours. But now I get to go back to sleep. LoL
9 kids. Wow. Not sure how you survived.
I don't know how when I think of it sometimes. I did freak out once when I was pregnant with my 6th. I was at the mall and this lady asked if the child I was pregnant with would be my first. When I said, "No, this is my 6th" it kinda echoed in my
Head and 6 seemed like such a huge number at that moment. I have been blessed with amazing kids, so that helps. I love kids. :)
Well I bet you are a great mother. Maybe you can share your secret to staying sane through it all.
Thank you. I just do as you probably do, try. And, i know everyone says it, but save a little time for just you. Even if some days it's just a bubble bath or a nap. The best advice I ever got was to accept that it's okay for the house not to be
Spotless at all times. As long as the kids are safe. That advice helped me a lot. By the time I had my 3rd child all I was doing was cooking, cleaning, nursing or bathing a child. Once I let that "perfect" image of a household go we were all happy.
I want to, but I can't seem to find enough hours in the day to do everything I want to do and get enough sleep.
I'm pretty militant about getting enough sleep so most of the time I do. 7 - 7.5 hours uninterrupted is what works for me.
I'm kind of adamant about it too. I need about 8.5 to 9 hours of consistent sleep to operate at my peak. Sometimes that can require 11 hours of bed time though.
No, I was actually born with insomnia. And I've had it for 65 years. Since I started taking vitamin D I do sleep better.
I'm working the haunted woods on weekends right now and get to bed at like 2 or 3, then go to school in the week. Average 6-7 hours of sleep a night.
I make sure I get enough.
I'm a full time teacher and a full time grad student, I'm not even achieving close to enough, lol. Maybe next year.
Sleep? What is that elusive creature you speak of?
my favorite hobby
Certainly not lately!
Usually. I work hard at getting it. Sleep is important to me.
I don't feel like I do but that's not the reality. I usually get a decent amount of sleep. I'm just very lethargic.

Yes, I don't need much sleep.
Good morning, birdie.
Hurray for insomnia!
No, I think the government should set up a "sleep czar" to fix the problem.
Don't give them any ideas...
The sad thing is I guarantee you half the likes to my comment are liberals who actually think this is a good idea.
