I asked my doctor if businesses were truly people earlier today and she told me that there were quite a few anatomical differences. Should businesses be considered people?
To me a business is an organized collection of people under the umbrella of a specified service provider/good manufacturer. I call an organized collection of birds a flock, not a bird.
Saying that's a constitutional right is downright crazy. The founding fathers would think we're wiping our ass with it if they found out about this. Just do any basic research over "legal fiction".
