Saying that's a constitutional right is downright crazy. The founding fathers would think we're wiping our ass with it if they found out about this. Just do any basic research over "legal fiction".
To me a business is an organized collection of people under the umbrella of a specified service provider/good manufacturer. I call an organized collection of birds a flock, not a bird.
