I asked my doctor if businesses were truly people earlier today and she told me that there were quite a few anatomical differences. Should businesses be considered people?

Can we not make another term for businesses to allow them to continue to make contracts, sue, and be sued?

Can we not create a separate term for businesses?

If your answer is no, you think it should be illegal to sue businesses and that it should be illegal for businesses to form contracts

That's not what it means to be a person. To be a "person" only means the business is guaranteed it's constitutional rights

American citizens have constitutional rights. Is Apple an American citizen? If so, can it vote and bear arms?

Saying that's a constitutional right is downright crazy. The founding fathers would think we're wiping our ass with it if they found out about this. Just do any basic research over "legal fiction".

To me a business is an organized collection of people under the umbrella of a specified service provider/good manufacturer. I call an organized collection of birds a flock, not a bird.

*face palm* does it have the right to free speech? Does it have the right against illegal search and seizure? Yes? Why? Because the Courts founds a way to give businesses these rights by defining them as personals. Otherwise they wouldn't have these…
