Tomorrow is Election Day! Are you going to go out and vote? (If your to young do you wish you could vote?)
You can always vote on SOH
Are you feeling ok this morning?
Whatever I vote for seems to not go the way I want.. Tomorrow, I voting the other way as a practice run for the next presidential election,
I'm pretty sure that there's no voting in my area tomorrow.
I've decided not to vote until judges are prevented from overturning the votes of we the people.
If voting made any difference they wouldn't allow it. ~~Mark Twain
Yes for now, but I'm learning that unless some third party or independent candidates begin to materialize then it really doesn't matter much which party gets into power. Dems love war when they're in power and Repubs love deficit spending when ......
No elections in my area. I would otherwise.
Pipes relax. It's not a serious thing
No headache, who is running for office in Oregon?
Boston Is voting for mayor. My town is voting to find our library. I am never going to vote for any presidential election for as long as I shall live. Also, you are not president of SOH, your are the president of your little congress group.
Christie is my boy!
Ok. We did it for fun and we also got over 500 voted in the "election"
It's all vote by mail here.
They can vote on their own topics. Like schools and such.
Voting NO to unconstitutional Taxation!
He's not president of that either
LOL - when I saw the notification of the reply I thought it was on the voter ID poll
LOL - I know - I am thankful for CA
No, I sold my vote for $100,000.
We have town meetings but we still have a vote for all the citizens, like a federal election. For example tomorrow we vote on library funding, we've probably had town meetings talking about it but we don't vote in that meeting, we have the town vote.
I forgot to register so new it's too late :( I really wanted to this year because last year I was a couple months too young to vote
...... Spending when they're in power. The parties are mostly interchangeable.
So, I guess I'm still voting mostly for the issue questions.
I'm hand carrying my mail-in ballot to the county courthouse today because I didn't get it in the mail in time. I kinda prefer taking it myself anyway.
For anyone in the city of Buffalo...
I don't know enough about the races anyway. They're probably all for state reps or something.
I love that they send it to me, no surprises at the ballot box, I can take my time, and we drop them off at collection box when I also have time.
No elections here.
Oh yeah the poll Matt himself created I see. I don't know why he's claiming to be president. MJ's an interesting guy
Voted by mail in ballot already.
If I could I would- not old enough
It does for national elections. Article like 7-15, section 1, the district of Columbia shall have 3 electoral votes for voting for the POTUS AND VPOTUS
(I forget the article)
But it isn't a national election
I love that too - sorry - I posted in the wrong thread - I actually live in a mail in only area because we don't have enough people for a polling place
You don't live in Boston, is your town having an election?
Washington is all mail voting so most everyone has already voted.
LOL - I know - I'm thankful for CA
I would but I can't. They don't give out absentee ballots for local elections.
No my town is a democracy
There is nothing to vote for where I live :-(
Joke? I don't get it.
My town has a town meeting where we decide everything ourselves. It's a form of local government unique to New England.
Voted by mail already.
Your in DC your vote doesn't count
Sorry to make such a horrible joke but we could be in North Carolina or something (shudders)
