I'm not a fan of the darker ales at all, so I'd go for the wheat. I've never tasted any, but it seems like it might be OK.
Irish red. It was supposed to be an ale but, I am using lager yeast and making it a lager.
I answered about wine but I would go for a dark lager too, please. :)
It's easy dude. Go to northernbrewers.com. They have everything you need. It's just cooking. It's my Saturday morning hobby.
Although I guess it depends on the time of year. Local seasonal brews are the best flavor-wise.
