Do you go thrifting?
They do! They have some good vinyls too
Maybe! It would probably be fun for them! I took my little brother and he liked it!
Cool! Is it because you had less time? Maybe they can be thrifters one day! 😎
The flea markets here are really fun. They're all indoors, each with a lot of stalls for individual sellers (who aren't usually present). Some specialize in certain kinds of merchandise, some have a broad mixture. You just never know what you'll find
which is also true for thrift stores, but somehow it's a bit more of an adventure at a flea market.
Thrift stores are awesome
They sometimes have good used book sections!
I used to do it a lot more before kids
We had a blank wall and I was inspired. After the frame, I spent $6 at Home Depot for spray paint and wall hooks. It looks great, but I can't write on it for 24 hours!! You should totally do it, find a good thrift store frame.
I'm the same way. I've never been to a flea market though.
I love seeing the vintage furniture!
I might do that one day! Thanks for the idea!
I went creative for my bedroom, and love doing cool stuff! I made a bookshelf from crates, a chair from a shopping card, and other little stuff!
That's cool, and creative! Are you on instagram yet? You can see my boy "helping" me 😃
That is so adorable!! So cute!
I need to get on there!! I will soon!
I feel like it is. I've never been because I get scared of how packed the parking lot is. I feel like the atmosphere would be really exciting!
I love them!
Nah I usually go to Macy's
I love them! I've gone the last two days.
Yeah time is an issue and I've found that thrifting you aren't guaranteed to find what you're looking for. When I'm with the kiddos it's pretty much get in, grab what you need and get out
They're getting older so maybe we can start again soon 😊
No, but I wanted to today. I wanted a frame so I could male a framed chalkboard for my kitchen. Instead I went to Ikea and bought something for $20.
I shop at thrift stores pretty often. And sometimes flea markets. Sometimes they're fun to just walk around and look at stuff, even if I don't find anything I want to buy.
Oooh I like that idea making a chalkboard! I was looking at furniture and got excited at its possibilities!
IKEA is fun though aha
I took a bit of a break, but I have recently gotten back into the thrifting business haha
