The answer is false. The largest and most well-known example of resistance was the Warsaw Ghetto uprising. The Jews never had a chance, realistically, but they went out fighting.

They fought as long as they had the strength to fight. They were starved, beaten, gassed and thrown in graves alive. Used for experiments and suffered horribly, all because they were Jewish. What a waste of human life. I find it disgusting.

The Holocaust is Exhibit A for why it is important that we fiercely defend our right to keep and bear arms.
Government-sponsored genocide becomes significantly more difficult when modern arms are widespread and easily accessible to the citizenry.

That's not true. Whether they fought or not, they would've been killed. I'm sure some did so in order to protect the rest.

Most went peacefully because by the time they were to be killed their spirits had been so surpressed they just didnt care anymore.

Yes, running away and hiding definitely count. It means they did whatever they could to save themselves. And some of those people did manage to survive.

The reason I specifically only mentioned Jews in this poll was to counter what some people say, that Jews were too meek about being victims.
Other victims included homosexuals, handicapped, mentally ill, gypsies, Poles, Slavs, Communists, ...
