“Legally? Probably fine. Optically? Not so much. The whole point of separation of powers is that the branches operate independently—showing up in person, especially on a case tied to you, can feel like pressure whether intended or not. Even if nothing improper happens, it risks eroding trust in the Court’s neutrality. Add security, spectacle, and media swirl, and it turns a judicial process into something that looks a lot more political than it should.”

Zim … yet another childish poll where you didn’t drop to weigh the idiocy of your hysteria.
Do Justices of the US Supreme Court attend the President’s State of the Union speech? How about members of Congress, do they also attend?
You must be hysterical about all of this collusion, right?

While it is obviously unusual, I actually welcome the attention that a sitting president would bring to the goings on of the Supreme Court. I think most Americans don't pay attention to it, other than what their party tells them to think, in spite of being one of the most important functions in the United States government.
I'm trusting that the judges are not going to see this as some undue pressure (which, of course is what the intent is in this case) and roll over in spite of facts.
