On this day in history 31 March 1889, the Eiffel Tower is officially opened.
Make sure to go up when you’re in Paris. And don’t forget that the arch de triumph has a stairway that goes to the top. Great views from up there. Plus there is a museum up there too.

La dam de fer was the highlight of the World’s Fair that year.
I went in 2002. I hope it’s still as nice.
