Today at school the person giving the morning prayer messed up and said "to seek the wounds" instead of "fight and not to heed the wounds." Have you ever heard a speech that someone messed up on?
I am chaplain of my senior class and orchestra and while I was praying I accidentally called one of my teachers "daddy" in the prayer. He died laughing. Can you say mortified?
"If you like your insurance, you can keep your insurance."
My sister was leading the creed at youth group and said the holy church of Islam instead of catholic church... it was really bad.

MJ who led the prayer? A teacher? Faculty Person? Or a student?
Today was a student. I go to a Catholic School
Oh I was thinking it was a public school. It's illegal for teachers and other workers there to lead students in prayer.
The funniest one I ever heard was a school principal who said he wished the student lots of sex. He meant to say success. Oops.
Messed up a speech? Only on a Firesign Theatre LP.
I've given speeches that I've messed up on. Fake it till you make it; make them think you know what you're doing and it's all good.
Lots of speeches, lots of mistakes.. The one that comes to mind was a captain, who said we should let crime crime take control, instead of shouldn't..
The man who would be king said we have 57 states and said corpse instead of corps
Once in a club at school, someone meant to say we shouldn't just flatten countries, but make friends of them, he said we should flatten countries, and make "unfriends" of them
I just sat there and responded, "Ernesto, I think scipio Africans wants to talk to you about salting Carthage."
