What are the SOH traditions linked with certain numbers of followers, comments, or anything else I might be missing?
I debated whether to post my poll or not (I ignored it with all of the vote milestones). 200 followers is probably the one and only.
Whenever your number of followers is a prime number, you have to submit a poll about world leaders in the Victorian era.
Dammit!!! I have 97 followers now. I don't know squat about this.
Shit! I missed it!
Who was better on the Corn Laws? Peel or Palmerston.
Whatever you want cite
EB should know :)
It's really anything you want, or don't want. Make up your own rules or traditions; that's all anyone else has been doing. If you hit a landmark that pleases or amuses you, make a poll asking... something.
Personally, I ignore my own "landmarks."
A majority do it per 100 followers reached. Others do it on each 10,000 mark of comments.
I don't do it at all. I don't see any need for them. If you have a question for someone - ask them anywhere.
I am with you on this!
In all seriousness, I find them obnoxious. I never ask any questions. I just congratulate people and move on.
This sounds like a good plan.
I don't even vote on most of them. If you had to do it, think about it, you get 1,000 votes every week. I can imagine you get many of them.
I definitely vote more than 1000 per week. That's 2-3 days. Perhaps my average is lower due to my early months of little involvement.
At 69 followers you've gotta go through the spanking machine.
Supposedly, once you reach a significance number of followers, they are allowed to ask you anything they want or critique your polls
