I’d rather shoot them off. At least I’d have something to do besides just stare and “oooh” and “aaah”

I don’t like fireworks anymore. They’re traumatizing to animals.

I love the 4th and live in an extremely firework friendly location. I have my own 12 position mortar stand and ignition control board. All these years and still have all my digits👍🇺🇸🧨

I prefer to watch hubby set off fireworks. He has so much fun doing it. The show is just as neat. I don’t have to leave my backyard. I don’t have to deal with traffic, crowds, or strangers.

Our first full July in this house, we had an amazing 4th of July party. Hubby and 2 of his buddies did the fireworks show. We had games sand toys for the kids. We fed everyone with a taco bar. I think we had about 100 people that year.

It is much cheaper too watch.

I do not like fireworks at all.
