Have you ever unintentionally lost a noteworthy amount of weight?
Got really sick about 5 years ago, while in the hospital I lost 40 pounds.. That was lost 1 week at home and 2 weeks in the hospital.. Doctors were worried cause I lost it so fast.. But I gained it all + 20 pounds.. Had to get on the PX90 to lose
Only after eating an egg salad sandwich from a vending machine...
No. When I've lost weight, it's been very intentional.
I'm 5'10" and dropped to 115#. I was super active and just couldn't I take enough calories. I looked terrible.
Around 100 pounds in 2-1/2 years.
I often wish I was one of those 'can't eat when depressed' people. I'm the exact opposite. I don't think I have EVER lost a pound that I didn't sweat and slave to achieve.
Yep. My ibs (intestinal disorder) flared really badly in high school. I dropped from 145 pounds to 115, so 30 pounds. Went from size 6 to 9 to a 1 or 3. Now I'm steady at about 120, it's not as bad as it was then, I like my body but miss the curves!
Everyone asked me how I did it. I felt like absolute shit and people were saying I was lucky I had ibs since I "got to be" skinny. We have a sick standard of beauty when people think that's better than being chubby.
11 lbs in a week due to a virus - not fun! Was happy to eat it all back lol.
Last week stomach flu hospital two days
boo :-( glad your home and hope you stay healthy!
Kind of expected, but I lost a bit when I had the flu a few years back.
Didn't stay off though.
After my quasi-grandfather died, I lost about 15lbs (and I'm 5'3" so that's a lot) before I noticed. I lost another ten or so even after that. Then I had to listen to everyone comment on how "skinny" I was. Piss off--as if it's any of your concern.
