You don't have to stay poor.
Both true and false depending on ones circumstances and perspective
I guess not. There's always the lottery.
Agreed. I'm not rich now, but a few years ago I decided I was sick of my situation. I went back to school full time as a single mom to a very fussy 8 month old. I lived in an outbuilding for 5 months. It was the hardest thing I've ever done.
My daughter turns 4 in 6 weeks and I graduate college with a 3.99 (one stupid A- killed my 4.0) 10 days later.
Ha, thanks :)
Just for arguments sake, what if you can't find a job no matter how hard you've looked because of some mental disability (like ADD or some other kind of disability like a broken neck) and no one will hire you?
P.S. And all your family died
My wife works with mentally disabled people. Unless they are SMI, there are job programs that teach them living and working skills. There are even housing programs to get the homeless housed. People are poor because they want to be.
Wow you have no democrats who answered!
Let's put this on fliers with a couple pizza coupons and air-drop them over poor neighborhoods!!
YOU DON'T HAVE TO STAY POOR!
NEVER STOP TRYING!
IT'S WORTH THE EFFORT!
That's what has made America great.
