Do you dislike polls that require you to temporarily select an answer and then click on a link inside before you can know what your real answer should be?
I don't really like them but I understand. If the situation takes more than 250 characters to describe or a link is required in the question what else can you do?
Now if every poll from somebody is like that.....
It was like Nancy Pelosi saying vote for Obamacare now and read it later. So i skip those.
I dislike these polls as well as those that are just a statement and then if I agree or disagree. I also hate polls that require me to comment. Oh, and I especially hate when someone puts as a poll some personal achievement with"YAY" as an answer
So if you're wondering who it is that dislikes your non-question poll, its probably me.
I usually vote no and move on.
I don't mind. In most cases, I have learned something new.
I hate them.
In 3.0 I will be able to post polls with a URL that can be tapped from the poll page (without voting). I'm not going to open that up to user polls quite yet though.
Worse than that is 2 answers that have the same meaning. That annoys me.
2:3 I get it right on the first try...
I absolutely hate them. Especially ones that ask me to watch a video because the speakers are broke on my iPhone and I can't hear audio from YouTube, iTunes, ect.
I hate that!
Doesn't bother me. 250 characters or less is a toughie.
"Dislike" may be a bit harsh. My first reaction is to feel a li'l discomfort, 'cuz I actually have to think. If the only way to know an answer is to make a choice, then I feel a little mentally short-circuited, but I don't dislike making the choice.
That's my biggest SOH pet peeve. But my OCD kicks in and I force myself to pick one then change accordingly.
Where's the link?
Yes, and I wish we could choose to not participate, so a poll doesn't show as unanswered.
I don' t have to do it
One subtype that I do dislike is a poll that asks my *opinion* of a song or a music video. I don't particularly enjoy a lot of contemporary music & don't really want to have to listen to it just to vote on a poll. But that could just be me...
Please show me a better method and I'll use it.
Exactly. Last time I checked there is no other way of doing it.
It is not the poll creators fault that he/she can't the link in the question itself. Sometimes people like to actually post information, so no, I do not have a problem with it. And no way I would down vote the poll because I am too lazy.
Not really, since if my response depends on some information I don't have yet, that's the only way currently to provide such a link. I don't mind having to change my vote. Sometimes I don't have time to read a long article or watch a long video; in
those cases I really like it if there's a warning in the poll question that the material is long - then I can set it aside for later digestion.
Correction: I hate them.
Yes it's annoying and it slows down my iPod.
Yes if I need to read an article or watch a video. If the comments just gives extra information and documentation, I have no issue.
Yes, I don't like them.
It gets on my nerves especially when I don't have time.
Yep, and I actually thought you'd have a link in here okie. Knowing the little troll you are. In a nice way of course.
Heh, I thought he'd have a link, too.
If I had thought of that there would have been.
The trollie has trolled the troll.
I don't like them and always forget to change my vote.
I detest them
I don't like them, but I don't vote them down because of it
