A study has shown that 15% of 16-24 year olds (6 million young people) are not working or in school. Many think this has caused an economic drain for communities. What other bad effects could result? What is your opinion on this?
Getting involved in crime, getting girls pregnant and relying on the system to pay for them, never achieving financial freedom, getting addicted to drugs, and gang affiliation are the few that come to mind.

Greater reliance on gov programs. Taking from the system rather than paying into it. It's a hard thing to admit but we need more middle class tax paying (ie not getting a full or majority refund).
