Yes?... Always makes me wonder, considering the leap from prop planes to jets in such a short span... But some argue that was what was seen.
I shouldn't say too much but aliens are real and we have recovered technology. Fairly primitive from what was reverse engineered but effective... Mostly stealth/low observability and hypersonic propulsion.
