Fortunately I've only had a handful of migraines. I have a headache most days of the week, mostly due to stress/anxiety/jaw clenching and TMJ disorder. But I've only had a few true migraines and they were awful, so I feel for you if yours are often!
I have all those same problems! I'm so glad you don't get migraines often though. At points I've gotten them 4 times a week, which is troubling because I'm not provided nearly enough meds for that and it's too debilitating to get any work done.
At one point, about ten years ago, I was taking 11 different prescriptions that I took daily. I now take zero medications. I also have no signs or symptoms of any ailments or diseases.
In August of 2009, I decided to really do something about my health. I began with exercise and eating half of what I was eating. 2-1/2 years later I lost over 110 pounds, and I weaned myself off of all my Meds.
I have polycystic kidney disease, so I take blood pressure medication in order to keep my kidneys healthy. My bp isn't bad (it's moderately high), but this is all they can do to try to keep my kidneys from working very hard.
