hapbgme, he WAS impeached, just not charged. The Senate let him go on a party line vote after he clearly and blatantly perjured himself by lying under oath to the American people.

If the the absolute truth came out on how many of the past residents had extra-marital affairs while in office - I think the results would be astounding. Clinton just happened to get caught. I don't fault him for it.

Ladmo@ he was not impeached although they talked about it, it never happened. He did become president at the right time, Reagan, internet/w the .Coms, cell phones etc. But it was the Free Market that this country rode high on! What our current president is against

Depends on what the definition of 'was', was/is. He was impeached for lying to Congress, how can anyone think he was a good president? Jeesh people, THINK!

It's all about timing for Clinton. He had a lot of things going on in the business, FREE MARKET world that enabled him to look good. He's a great speaker and really good at manipulating numbers, as we saw at the DNC.

Mixed feelings about this man. I'm reg independent and while I thought Clinton was 'eh' I do think he's a better speaker today. Clinton got lucky to an extent. If Internet and .coms blew up today like they did when he was Potus, everyone would loovve Obama. Clinton was in the right place at the

A bit of a sleaze bag though. He recently ( at the DNC) came on to Sandra Fluke and got shot down. I guess she eels her paid obligations to the Democrats don't go quite that far. She may learn otherwise.

@nvr. Not at all. I guarantee you anyone who makes a statement as ignorant as that can't even make more than 15 presidents. Ever heard of Pierce? McKinkey? Old Chester? Coolidge? They truly sucked. The first three didn't even get re-nominated by their party for reelection.
