My mother-in-law keeps making fun of my weight after I asked her not too. Should I start making fun of her 45 degree lazy eye or just be the more mature person?
I always follow "an eye for an eye" but I guess in this case it's "an eye for a lazy eye"
Be the adult. You know that her comments about your weight aren't helpful to you (whether you're content with your weight or not). Don't add to unhappiness in the world. Be a force of love and good in other people's lives.
*You* will be a better person, and feel better about yourself, if you do that. Making fun of someone else, no matter how much you think they "deserve" it, just poisons *you.*
Ha, you can still be an adult and make a comment on her lazy eye. It's a better way to get her to shut up about your weight right quick.
