Absolut has introduced a "Chicago" flavored vodka that tastes of rosemary, thyme, and green olives. If a vodka was named after the area you live in, what would it taste like?
Tacos & Big Macs.
might be good...
Cranberries, apple cider, maple syrup, and cheese?
Hm probably bagels pizza and Starbucks.
together...not so much. :)
Starbucks and pine needles
Moose,maple,blueberry and Allen's coffee brandy
Hairspray and desperation.
Beef and cotton?
Coal and dirty river water.
now that's a winner
worth a try :)
Old Bay seasoning, Chesapeake Bay blue crab meat, venison, Bud Light, fried chicken, greasy pizza, and it'd have a slight odor of diesel fuel. We sure love our 3/4 and 1 ton trucks out here.
you know, that just might not be bad...
I forgot cranberries. I may throw some in vodka and let it set till thanksgiving.
your IG pic looks yummy :)
Thank you I can hardly wait to try it. I'm going to look up some recipes for making your own liqueurs.
sulfur, dirt and fracking water.
Green chili, or onion, also apple, and pecan..
I'd try all of those
perfect time of year for that one :)
Sauce...lots of Italians in my area
Moonshine, cigs, poverty, and Vicodin.
mmm, Vicodin flavor!
Goetta and Greek chili
that sounds good, actually
Moonshine and dirt?
I'd say that's pretty accurate for your part of the state. ;)
Corn, basketball, and meth.
Lebanon sweet bologna, or maybe Philly Chees Steaks.
Sorry, I meant cheese
interesting. maybe an Isaly's ham flavored one, too.
you could probably make some interesting drinks with that. :)
Since I'm pretty close to Hershey, I'd have to say chocolate. But that already exists.
I'm about 1 1/2 hrs from Hershey
there can never be too much chocolate flavored vodka though, right?
I'm only like 20 minutes away. And I'm not a fan of vodka, but I'll def take the chocolate! :)
Dust and Bengay?
Walleye, wild rice, blueberry muffins, and mushrooms. Oh or lutefisk, Swedish meatballs & Juicy Lucy
some of those sound pretty good :)
Lime, mint and olives stuffed with pimiento
hmm, not bad
BBQ and Hot peppers.
Smog and sunshine?
Despair and broken dreams... Or does Detroit have the license to that one, already?
<insert iBakes sound here>
Watercress...we used to be the watercress capital of the world.
Who is now?
Wine or milk. We have farms and vineyards outnp the ass. Would make for some interesting vodka.
VT had some milk flavored vodka, but it was kinda gross
Were close to an oyster farm.
Los Angeles vodka would taste like, well, vodka. LA is what you make of it, nothing more and nothing less. That's why people tend to either love or hate this city, with not much in between.
Yup! or coffee flavored.
We already have one. It's grape, dragon fruit and papaya. I guess this represents the wine country and the two major cuisine groups in the cities restaurants: "Asian" and "Latin".
Potatoes. Oh wait, it's already made from potatoes ...........
Not Absolut, it's a grain vodka.
Oh. Well that just goes to show that I've never had alcohol in my life and don't know the difference!! It would still have to be potato flavored if it represented my area. :-)
hmm. I don't know what to think about that.
always a winner :)
Corn fields and apple cider
that does sound good
Peanut butter and chocolate= BUCKEYE!
I might have to move back to Cincinnati!
I'd buy that! They should make a peanut butter fudge sundae vodka...I'd call Pinnacle if I were you.
Hot and sweet at the same time. NorCal is a dream.
And a hint of apple and Rainier cherry.
That sounds excellent.
Much more positive than what I was going to say: anhydrous ammonia, weed, and cheap laundry soap...
Salmon and blackberry.
Bartender, give me a Fish and Fruit!
Probably like Bourbon St. smells.
More like piss actually.
Beer. IPA most likely.
the coffee one sounds good. beer, on the other hand...
Beer. And bike tires and sunshine.
I'd try that in a heartbeat.
I might too. The hot-rubber-&-asphalt note from the bike tires would give it a sort of smoky effect.
sounds good to me
I'm guessing it would be a dry vodka too ;)
Very, very dry!
(Ordinarily, anyway. Not so much if it were made right now. There's a rain/snow mix falling.)
that might be lovely :)
I'd drink that
There's a green chile wine.
one of my favorite drinks is made with chili flavored liquor :)
Is it hot Emma?
Sounds pretty good.
Hmmmm Thousand Oaks is between Santa Barbara and la, is in one of the few competitive congressional districts, is near farms as well as suburbia. Maybe diversity?
that's rather deep
