What is a good way to get rid of hiccups?
Breathe in slowly, swallow twice then slowly breathe out
Hold your breath, usually to the count of ten... Whether you drink water or just take a deep breath.. But it's the holding of the breath that does the job
Bend over so your head is upside down, then drink a glass of water.
Breathe in slowly 20 seconds, hold it for 10 or so.. Then breathe out slowly for 20 seconds.
Take a deep breath and with your breath still held - swallow
Hold you breath until they are gone even if it hurts a bit.
That's what I use. Overfill my lungs and hold it for ages.
Hold your breathe, when you feel like you need to breathe then drink some water
1 teaspoon of peanut butter. Or, try 7 sips of water without breathing.
