Its Tuesday. Whats for dinner?
yesterday my dad made bean soup..today I had bratwurst and squash soup w/ curry he makes from a recipe he got from my aunt.
Whatever happens to be at the exit we pull off of!

Left over Tuesday!!
Eat out at McCormick and Schmick's seafood.
My husband worked late and didn't get home til 10:30 so it was pizza for us. Lol
Shredded pork and asparagus parm
Subway, a rare thing for us!
Some Thai curry dish
Good ole Texas chili
Shrimp and kale- the new shrimp and grits. :/
Something quick; I have class tonight at 6:00.
Deep fried cheese filled potato balls, homemade chicken noodle soup, with homemade bread grilled cheese sandwich.
You cooked all that by yourself?
Yum, I'm coming over for dinner!
It is all prepped, and yes I am a very good cook. I make a brown sugar Bacon wrapped chicken appetizer that is to die for.
Last night was wild boar stuffed pork chops with wildrice and mushroom, garlic and cauliflower mashed potatoes, with bacon, shallot green beans.
Well that I wouldn't eat. I dint think I've ever seen wild boar sold either. Maybe you should go on Master Chef. I wish my husband cooked. I once dated a guy who cooked for me.
I hunt my protein. I have a friend that lives on the Indian Reservation. The chicken is free ranged at a friends place. Fish I catch. Goat or lamb is a treat.
Wild boar is pork, with a much better taste.
Starting to cook now.
Dinner done, time for 15 year old scotch.
Its 9:45 here
Watching chopped. Dishwasher running, cat purring on my lap. Right now life is good.
I cooked breakfast for dinner.
I enjoy my pancake dinners.
Tilapia with rice and cauliflower.
Chinese food. Egg rolls here I come!
Spaghetti and green bean casserole. I think.
Boneless skinless chicken thighs, baked and steamed broccoli.
Home made chicken pot pie
I love that. Love the crust. The one i make is an all day affair so i only make it once/twice a year.
I hadn't considered that yet, but now I'm thinking chicken and a cookie for dessert :-)
I usually start thinking about dinner when I leave work, typically between 6 and 7.
Sounds good to me❤️
Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, baby broccoli, sweet corn bread. Italian creme cake for dessert.
Wow. People eat good here at SOH!
It costs a lot of money to keep this chubby body going!
That sounds fantastic!
French onion soup and grilled cheese with some red wine. We get the new freezer tomorrow.
I had lemonade instead of wine. Added some sliced turkey to the grilled cheese and some nachos as an appetizer and a small dish of tabouli to include green.
Stromboli made from scratch with homemade sauce. :)
I'm not sure if I'm going to make chocolate wasted cake for dessert, but it's not an impossibility.
And he cooks too❤️
Yes... Yes I do! :D
I'll be right over!
Homemade Chinese food =)
I've never had that, but the recipes I just looked at have me salivating. Also: it looks like Vietnamese tacos, so that's sort of fun.
Vietnamese creeps stuffed with pork, shrimp, onions, etc. Awesome.
Are you making that or take out? If you are making is that a family recipe or are you just a good cook?
I'm a good cook, but in this case I have a friend making it for me.
Hubby went fishing today: most likely trout!
Another healthy meal. Don't think i have ever had trout.
We eat *lots* of trout! Hubby cleans, grills or oven cook or stovetop grill or... I grow spearmint specifically for fresh fish. Place leaves in fish before grilling. In summer serve w/fresh made bruschetta or salsa. Fresh veggies or salad. YUMMO!
Not sure yet; I haven't even had lunch. I think there's one hunk of London broil left, but maybe a chicken thigh. A little leftover asparagus. Maybe zucchini sauteed with onions & peppers. And a salad.
Steak and some kind of rice.
Hamburgers and hot dogs.
Grilled Salmon and broccoli.
But also yummy yummy in my tummy.
Thats my friday dinner
Its a bit cool here. Im making a chicken (theres that word again) soup but its more of a stew with potatoes, corn and pasta (of course) in it. I sprinkle cheese on it when I eat it.
That sounds really good. I love dishes like that. It's not exactly on my current low-carb regimen, but I can dream.
Well you can take out the corn potato and pasta and put your zucchini in. Cant mess soup up :)
Ooh, good suggestion! And the onions & peppers. Maybe some carrots too (not much).
Yes you can even throw in spinach or broccoli, frozen works. In one of my other soups i throw in a package of spinach.
