I'm watching CBS this Morning. The American Heart Association said that sitting around a lot is this bad for you as smoking. Move a little every 15 or so minutes throughout your day. Exercise is as, if not more effective than drugs. Do you exercise?

Yes religiously, it contributes to my overall wellbeing both physically and mentally.

I love to run. It's easy to find an excuse why I'm too busy to lace up and go out.

Ride Don Diego daily for an hour. This Peruvian Paso keeps me 77 yrs young. OK, so he's gaited and that's cheating a bit, but it still counts. Lol.

I walk many miles a day but that's it and I hope it suffices. I just can't bring myself to do any unnatural contortions or repetitions, I'm just embarrassing myself.

I'm in my second week going to the gym every other day and moving more at work and home. I'm also watching what I eat.
Haven't noticed any physical changes yet but I feel great.

Not enough but pups get a long walk twice a day every day the weather makes that remotely possible. They are also taken out every 2-3 hrs through day & @ least once during night. Hubby does some, but I try to do more than half when health permits.

Walk every day, usually for about an hour.

I go to a 30 min exercise class twice a week. I try to walk for about 20 min other days. Not always successful in doing that though

In some cases they said. That exercise has been a more effective treatment than drugs for some illnesses. I've been having heart problems. I exercise and all the test they said I have a very strong heart. For a woman my age my eyes are well hydrated.

Exercise also helps with that. My blood sugars have returned to normal.
