Sure although by current legal definition those nonhumans are people.
The government does not have to treat all persons the same.
Don't they have to be equal under the law?
1. The Equal Protection Clause is not *directly* applicable to the federal government. 2. Equal protection dictates only that persons "similarly situated" be treated equally.

I agree. Well I don't think corporations should be able to donate at all, but if they do the public has a right to know.
