Usually yes. But there are some people who I just don't feel comfortable hugging. My brother in law is an example. Can't explain why.

With my kids I am, but not with adults- you people can get your hugs somewhere else! I'm not giving mine away for free!

I am overboard affectionate with my sons and husband. I'm frequently told by my oldest 'Mom! I think that's enough kisses for now!' But not affectionate with others. I'm not comfortable with just hugging or touching people.

I'm very affectionate. Maybe too much sometimes. I know my little one gets tired of all my hugs and kisses, haha. Maybe my husband sometimes too. ;)
