How often do you feel overwhelmed with the amount of work you have to do? (Per month)
Did you say 3... Per day maybe
At least once a week. It's a horrible feeling.
Maybe like 4
Every day of the week.
I used to be overwhelmed daily until I realized how much it affected me physically. I still work my butt off but I make sure to make time for myself. It's just not worth it to be constantly stressed.
Do you write it in to your schedule or just do it?
I just do it. Kinda like brushing my teeth... It's routine.
Regularly. There are never enough hours in the day.
Over 3x per week. It never ends, really.
I'm a SAHM... Which to some seems "like not working" but trust me... I work my butt off. It's stressful to be a teacher (literally, I homeschool), a cook, a nurse, a ref, a maid, a wife, a driver, a personal assistant, an accountant... I'd see a ....
..."real" job as a break... I love being at home, it's just stressful some days... But I wouldn't trade it
Pretty much zero. One of the benefits of being retired is waking up in the morning and thinking about what I need to do, then thinking screw it, maybe tomorrow if I feel like it.
That does sound pretty nice. Do you miss the stress at all?
