Show of Hands

Just a basic math question: there are 24 pledges delegates up for grabs in New Hampshire. Sanders has 8, Buttigieg has 8 and Klobuchar has 5 sooooo where are the other THREE delegates. Nobody really seems to care they just assume he’s won. Fishy?
