Bergmann/NYPD testified that Mr Barbosa intentionally attempted to run him over with his vehicle. Barbosa faced a minimum of 15 yrs in prison if convicted. Video surveillance show he lied. Bergmann was indicted for perjury. He got 1 day in jail.
