Do you have a positive opinion of constitutional monarchy as a form of government?
Not even slightly but the US doesn’t have that (Thank G-d) and hasn’t for 243 years and Russia said a big “NO THANK YOU” 101 years ago.
The US banished the royals in a much nicer way than we did, I have to say.
Absolute, sure. Not constitutional. A constitution reduces the monarch to simply a figurehead, negating the entire point of a monarchy
It works better than anything on the market today as long as the right constraints and checks are in place. That side, any form of government can become despotic if people give in to it.
Better than democracy, but absolute monarchy is even better.
If the monarch is Jesus Christ then yes!
I think it’s probably the best kind of government
yes, not the best but positive none the less
No, not really.
Monarchy isn’t the best form of government, and isn’t even really a good form of government. Putting constraints on it doesn’t fix the central problem.
