To the kitchen, to the computer, to the refrigerator, to my chair, turn on my TV, watch the games, go to bed. That's it.

Down the steps. To the kitchen. To the fridge. To the pantry. To the oven. To the table. To the drawer to grab a knife and get some paper towels while I’m there. Turn on the oven. And that’s just in the first five minutes. I’m traveling all right.

I’m traveling from Kansas City, MO to Overland Park KS (a KS side suburb of the KC metro). It’s probably 15-20 miles if even. So nope

I’m traveling downstairs to my kitchen. Fortunately it’s potluck and I am just cooking a few of my favorite dishes.

We’re hosting this year.

No traveling to Georgia or Ohio. Warmer and nicer weather here.

Technically, I decided not to stay home this Thanksgiving since I don’t have to & because I really don’t have anything to do here.

Just 4 miles, to work. Haven't got to celebrate a Thanksgiving with my family in over 15 years. In that time the kids have grown, my parents moved to Florida, and my grandparents have passed. Me? Working, always working yet always broke.
