Do you think people who are older (say age 70 or 75) should have to take a driving test just to make sure they are still capable of driving well?
Driving is a privilege not a right so once you can’t anymore you shouldn’t be allowed to.
Only reason I said no is because most driver license offices are overwhelmed and this would just about break most of them. In Texas DL is slow as heck Because of the crowds
I’m 72 and if you come after my 🚘 I’ll be after your whippersnapper hide!
Yes. My grandpa gave up driving later than he should have.
Yes but make the age 75.
Not letting blind people drive is discriminatory
No! I am 79,have driven since I was 15. Never a ticket or accident! Will renew my license next year in May
At 78 I just renewed my license last week.
No one was injured.
So, that was you driving down the sidewalk?
Yes, but as I pointed out, no one was injured.
The trick is to open your door as you pass them. It throws them into the shrubbery where they can’t be easily found. 😁
My dad is 100 years old and in Texas they renewed his driving license without a driving test
Same with my mother at 100 in CT.
