On some topic yes. Though I’ve learned to hold it in and vent later.

Quick tempered people blame others for their misery... don’t

When I build close relationships with others I lose my temper often and explode and make them think they’re crazy. But none of it is intentional and I always feel guilty after and apologize which is what I think makes them think they’re being gaslighted.

I only show my true self to people I get close to and it always ends up horribly and stressful

So now I’ve pushed everyone almost completely out of my life

And the people I still speak to I keep a large distance

I am pretty lonely
But I grew up lonely with no friends my whole life so I guess I never got practice and my social anxiety has controlled my entire childhood into adulthood so that’s why I only open up to people I get very close to and those people are always people who are romantically interested in me
But i don’t think I’m capable of feeling love so it’s a train reck all around lol

I’ve isolated my self from everyone. I can’t control my explosions they’ve been happening for as long as I can remember. I’ve been diagnosed borderline personality disorder. But I think the doctors have it all wrong idk. One of my explosions the last one actually landed me in a psychiatric ward for two months. From there they started giving me meds and now I see therapist and stuff but honestly idk

Anyway I’ve isolated and idk

I'd say just average. Certain days I get heated faster than others.

I did when I was younger but has vastly improved as I’ve matured ...even I am amazed.

I’ve never had a quick temper at all. When someone does manage to ignite my fuse, however, that person had better be starting to run while I’m getting ready to explode. When I start shaking with anger, nothing good will happen.

At no period in my life, have I been quick-or-ill-tempered. Had I been, I would’ve dug many holes MUCH deeper for myself, than I already had!

No, and when I do get angry enough to say something based in anger, I'm no longer in discussion mode. I think I get to - shut up and listen and you can say something when I'm done talking mode.

Usually, I'm very controlled.

Cool as a cucumber.

Three decades of working in intelligence and PMC’s will do that to you. You can’t get angry in the middle of an op. Similarly, being a mother will tamper your temper.

When I was younger, maybe.

These days, it takes a lot to make me truly angry.

No, but people sometimes think I’m arguing just because they don’t want to hear me prove my point.

Generally no, but there are shortcuts to blackout-mad mode behind a few well-hidden buttons.
