Are you OCD?
How can a person be a disorder?
Anyway, i was diagnosed as a child and have overcome it thanks to medicine and therapy early on
No. I think many of us have routines and behaviors that mimic what people with OCD do, but we aren't OCD. For example, I cannot go to sleep at night without checking my alarm a bunch of times. However, this one behavior doesn't make me OCD.
It’s CDO! The other way has the letters out of order.
I obsess over making sure doors are locked and lights, the stove and the TV are off.
Only with my morning (get-up & go) routine. If I don't have a little OCD with it I will miss something and throw my day's game plan off. In the mornings I need to be in automatic mode until my brain catches up with me.
