I know that it is the fear of missing out, but it’s not something that I deal with.

Do you mean fear of missing out you must lead pitiful lives if you fear that you will miss out on something.Live your lives and experience living and you won’t miss out on anything

It's a real problem that shouldn't be diminished, especially among our youth that gets amplified but social media.

I didn’t know what it was.

It’s not a problem for me. If I wanted to be doing something, I would be doing it.

When I was younger I did.

Now I understand that there is an opportunity cost and I cannot be in 2 places at the same time. But most important, I learned to be happy for other people. I shouldn’t be miserable just because someone else is having fun somewhere else. Good for them!
