Thank you for your service. And for being in the military.

Soldier counts, right? The weapons and battlefields changed, but the basic concept of an Artilleryman has remained the same for centuries....

Yes, most of them! Mowing lawns, babysitting, homemaker, SAHM, school paraprofessional, sales. I’m not sure if school bus driver would be considered pre or post industrial revolution.

School bus driver doesn't count but you qualify with everything else.
Your hubby also qualifies as a priest 😎

And I COULD have been a horsebus driver. Check this out. Buses started long before automobiles:

I'd say farmer was the first real profession.

Hunter, weaponsmith, and perhaps artists and priests predated it, but that's probably it.

I was gonna say no, but the good Doctress just reminded me that Teacher is one such profession I've held. Other than that, I've been patently industrial.

I didn’t realize you had been a minister! What denomination! Funny that you’ve been both a lawyer and a minister. Hubby wanted to be a lawyer, but called him to be a pastor! 😂🤣😂

I drew maps for a while. They were underground geologic maps of oil fields and I used a computer to do it, but still...

Gardening, for a professional horticulturist. Mostly on her own property but sometimes for her clients. I think that’s the only one; all the others relied on things like a printing press, the telephone, computers, a darkroom, and various hospital and medical research laboratory equipment.

Teaching, door to door sales, babysitting, bookseller. But not the computer programming. That’s definitely more modern. ;)
