Bill Clinton lied under oath to a Grand Jury & was impeached; Richard Nixon lied to the American people that he knew nothing of the Watergate tapes; Andrew Johnson was impeached for violating the Tenure of Office Act. What crime did Trump committed?

By directly requesting that president Zelensky use Ukraine’s resources to help his reelection efforts, Trump violated campaign finance law 18 U.S. Code 872.

Also, by refusing to cooperate with Congress’ impeachment hearings he violates 2 US Code 192

Also, if Trump coerced Pompeo, Barr or Pence to participate in Ukraine’s investigation of the Biden’s, he violates 18 US Code 610.

Also, accepting financial contributions to his campaign from Giuliani’s Ukrainian thugs violates 18 US Code 607 and 52 US Code 30121

Basically you can’t include foreign money and/or resources in a presidential campaign. That is against the law.

Sorry. They won’t impeach him for trying to do his job to find our $1.8 billion dollars. You can’t just get away with a crime by running for President.

Snot ... the only quid pro quo was demanded by Mr Biden. If quid pro quo were a crime (which it is not), Mr Biden is the only one who is guilty. If Mr Biden didn’t commit a crime then asking an ally to investigate him would’ve returned nothing.

We all know that Mr Biden is actually guilty of corruption with his son and the previous corrupt regime in Ukraine and the only reason Democrats are hysterically pursuing the shampeachment.

Clinton was impeached on grounds of perjury to a grand jury and obstruction of justice. Two other articles of impeachment failed – a second count of perjury in the Jones case and one accusing Clinton of abuse of power.

Hand job, as usual you’re incorrect

President Bill Clinton was impeached for committing two acts of perjury, one act of obstruction of justice and one act of abuse of power to commit perjury. The investigations involved Clinton's extramarital affair with Monica Lewinsky and Paula Jones' allegations of sexual harassment.

Well, get him on the stand and he will lie also, but right now his crime is bribery...

11/06/19 4:22 pm

He also lied about that as all witnesses and others in his cabinet have testified too....

Tenure of Office Act, passed by a Republican lead Congress in March 1867, over Andrew Johnson’s veto. Specifically, Johnson had removed from office Edwin M. Stanton, the Secretary of War whom the Act was largely designed to protect by Congress and attempted to replace him with Brevet Major General Lorenzo Thomas, while the Congress was not in session. Johnson had suspended Stanton and appointed General Ulysses S. Grant as Secretary of War

So Andrew Johnson a Democrat did not actually commit a crime other than political reasons for going against a Republican Congress. For this Andrew Johnson was impeached.
