Yep. Looks REALLY bad for your boy. Nixon for example didn't get close to 50% until nearly the end of the impeachment investigation. We're just getting started.
Zimmy, I hope you understand and know that Bill Clintons impeachment was bipartisan. House of Representatives on October 8, 1998 where the full impeachment inquiry was endorsed in a 258-176 vote. In total, 31 Democrats supported the Republicans supporting the inquiry.
No Republicans voted for the Trump inquiry and only two Democrats crossed party lines to vote with Republicans.
Well technically one Republican did vote for it, he turned independent only because he’s disgusted by Trump, but votes GOP on almost everything.
These are different times, there were a lot more conservative Democrats in Bill Clinton’s time, if the same vote were to happen today, no Democrats would votes for it. And still you are forgetting that the majority of the nation did not want Clinton impeached, where now it’s about 50/50.
Of those battleground states favorability of impeachment: Arizona 45% support, Florida 42% support, Michigan 42% support, North Carolina 43% support, Pennsylvania 45% support, Wisconsin 45% support
