Yeah, change is hard. I had my iPhone 5 for four years.

It’s huge! I liked the size of the 5.

No more free upgrades. I went with the cheapest phone. The 6 and 7 were the same price.

Mines a 6 ... have been thinking about a new phone but I don’t want one of those big klunky ones either.

I never could stand anything in my pockets. My Mom was like, will it fit in your purse? Haha

I’m using a SE, which is small. It may be on its last legs (at least the battery is for sure). I’ve heard rumors of a SE 2 coming out in 2020 and I’m hoping I can last until then.

I like one that fits into my pocket, even for just walking around my apartment, but even outdoors. And I like to be able to hold it in one hand and reach all parts of the screen with my thumb, so I can use it one-handed. I can *barely* do that with the SE.The 4S was better.
I really, really don’t want one of the larger ones.

Me either .. they are bulky and heavy. I was “forced” into buying a larger tablet than I wanted also because the manufacturer no longer makes the smaller version.
Sometimes the adage of bigger usually meaning better is not true.

Whenever I bought a new phone or tablet, my account was tethered to my primary email address and could be transferred.

But you need to know your password.

I did add my email to my account but I forgot to log out before setting up my new phone. Maybe that’s why I couldn’t log in?

Nah - I’m logged into 4 devices. Shouldn’t be that....I don’t think.

As far as I know, there is no way to log out on the app, except if you delete it.

What happened when you tried logging on, with your new phone?

Snaggle... I got a new iPhone a few weeks ago and didn’t log out on my old phone (that doesn’t matter). When I first tried to log in on my new phone I’d put in my info to sign in and it would still look like a new user account. I fiddled around and my account showed up. I can’t remember for the life of me what I did. It was something really random. I’ll try to remember.

Unless you have a totally other issue. Given that it’s SOH that’s highly likely. 😕😡

When I tried logging in it said something like your credentials don’t match. I am pretty sure I used the correct password and I know I used the correct username.

I switched phones. Couldn’t log in. Emailed admin and they fixed it. Idkh

I should try emailing them again.

I can’t remember exactly what was happening with me but I thought I lost my account for good for a bit there. Emailing does nothing. I had an issue years ago and caught Tony in a comments section and he helped me. Check out his main poll AMA. Technically it’s a question that would work in an AMA!!! Good luck. It sucks so lose your account.

My old phone was dying so I replaced it. I downloaded the app and couldn’t get signed in to my account so I stated a new one.

It’s weird that you can’t message. I mean, it’s just a new account, so why not? I tried to help someone else with the same problem yesterday (hasn’t worked, yet), but they had sent me a private message from their newly-made 2nd account and I received that. That’s the only way I knew about it. I don’t get it.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? Phone migrations can mess things up.
