The old saying was “all politics is local.” It now seems like the saying should be “all politics is national.” Which do you feel is the more accurate saying today?
It depends on how you look at it. I feel like if I’m concerned about matters of, say, education and policing- I’ll feel that the politics is more localized.
As an active member of my Democratic Town Committee (DTC), my observations have been that national politics will play an exceptionally large role in today’s local municipal elections.
