I got to vote for my husband this morning for our town's school board. Have you ever had the opportunity to vote for yourself or a loved one?
I have not and I'm so glad he won.
No, but my husband told me he wrote me in on tonight’s ballot!!!
Hey, congratulations! Decentralization in America is one of the things that fascinates me the most, and although you may take it for granted, you should value it as the exceptional thing it is: in my native Venezuela something as logical as a school district would be rocket science for one of the most centralized "education" system that exist for all children from all corners of the country to learn the benefits of La Revolución Socialista and nothing else…
I thought for a moment you used his ballot, LOL. And no I have not.
Congratulations!!! Hope you win!!!
Yes, I voted for my dad for coroner. Of course it was a position he didn’t really want, and he was running unopposed. It was a small town and nobody else wanted to be the coroner.
I certainly do not love any of the people on the ballots in this blue intellectual wasteland
No. Closest I ever got to voting for someone I personally know is when my teachers ex husband ran for governer of alabama. I only met him once, years ago.
I hope he wins 😃
Yes. And I won the election in Florida.
Kelly, I Hope he wins🥳keep us posted👍🏼❗️
Thanks! Polls close at 8.
Wish him luck from your SOH peeps👍🏼
How long did you stay up last night?
We knew by 9
Not a nail biter then?
Kelly, Congrats too you & your man🥳 With you at his side, I know he will be a great public servant👍🏼‼️
Not really a nail biter. It's a small town, and there was low turnout because it is an off year election, but still a couple hundred votes separating him and the next person. There were 5 people running for 3 available seats.
