I don’t know which to choose

Humans hands

I would say humans because of climate change. Whether or not you believe in man-made climate change or not, the Earth is getting warming with rising Co2 levels and we should do what we can to limit the Co2 levels and keep our Earth at a stable temperature to prevent any catastrophic disasters

Humans are not capable of ending the world

If it comes to an end, it will be because it is The End. It will be Judgement Day.

World end? As in earth gone? Natural. Massive meteor or the end of the sun, most likely the latter.

Humans have an amazing ability to kill and destroy. Especially ourselves.

Natural forces, most likely when the Sun enters the red giant phase.
The Earth will either be swallowed or rendered a scorched, dead rock without air or water.
